About Ohio Estate Planning Attorney Kori Whisenant
An Empathetic, Thoughtful Approach To Legacy Planning
Legacy planning is a unique emotional journey for every individual and family. As an estate planning attorney with a psychology degree — yes, it’s true — I’m committed to supporting my clients through this process in a way that considers you as a whole person, not just a bank account or a real estate owner.
I’ll guide you every step of the way without the confusing legal language because legacy planning doesn’t need to be any more overwhelming. I want all clients to feel seen and heard, so we can collaborate on a plan that truly honors your values. You deserve to leave a legacy that you’re proud of — and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help fulfill your wishes.
Why Is My Approach To Estate And Legacy Planning Different?
My story isn’t that of a typical estate planning attorney. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in psychology before going on to law school. After over a decade in the estate planning and probate law sector, I’ve seen firsthand just how important it is to understand the emotional journeys and personal nuances of my clients’ legacy planning needs.
As a mom of two, I also know how much estate planning impacts every generation — my parents, my children, and my own. Whether you need help drafting your own will, making care plans for your parents, or setting your children up for future success, I’m here to guide you through every stage.
