Kori E. Whisenant, ESQ
Kori E. Whisenant is licensed in the State of Ohio and has worked in the fields of Estate Planning, Probate Administration, and Guardianship for her entire law career. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the sometimes daunting tasks of legal estate planning and protection and administering the estate of a loved one.
She has assisted single people, couples, and families create comprehensive estate plans to protect the financial stability for them and their loved ones. She also believes in ensuring everyone has the proper knowledge and understanding within each step of the process.
She has extensive knowledge of the probate administration process and has guided many clients through an estate from start to finish. She has handled estates of varying sizes and complexities including those with out-of-state real estate properties, stocks/bonds, and accounts with several different financial institutions.
Mrs. Whisenant has had a well-rounded background that brings a great deal of experience. She has held positions with the Cuyahoga County Probate Court, worked as a Probate Attorney for a private law firm, and has been an Asset Management Auditor for Key Bank, each experience bringing a greater depth of knowledge in her chosen field.
Mrs. Whisenant obtained both her undergraduate and law degree from the University of Dayton. She is a wife, a mother to two sons, and a Cleveland, OH native.
